About

I began my real estate career in 1992, in Greenwich, Connecticut. Though I enjoyed living on the east coast, and the proximity to New York City, I yearned to return to my Kansas roots and to be closer to my two grown daughters. The arrival of my grandchildren, now 5 in total, made my choice clear! I am loving Kansas City, the winning sports teams, including my KU Jayhawks, the many fun things to do here, and of course, the Midwesterners!

My passion is working with Seniors, helping to guide them through the process of selling their home and finding new accommodations. I have also worked as a Senior Move Manager, helping to plan and implement all phases of a move.  As an Accredited Real Estate Staging Professional, I’m able to assist with home pre-market preparation which can include reorganizing, de-cluttering and minimizing the contents of the home to enhance it’s appeal and potentially sell quicker. Having the right fit, in a dedicated, compassionate, full service agent, such as me, can be most beneficial during this often emotionally and physically taxing process for the client and their family.

In my free time, I volunteer for the following organizations:

Flourish (Furnishing Homes With Hope) collecting, preparing and distributing donated furnishings and household essentials to families in need in K.C.

Unexpected Blooms (Repurposing flowers from special events, made into arrangements by volunteers, to be delivered to nursing homes and hospice facilities)
